Full Exterior repaint in Pasadena, CA

Bear Island Painting was hired to repaint the entire exterior of a home in Pasadena. Bear Island Painting removed awnings, pressure-washed, prepped by sanding and scraping as needed, patched stucco and wood (using wood epoxy patch where necessary), primed as needed, caulked, and painted with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh.

Some additional work we did included replacing screens and pressure-washing concrete to remove algae buildup.
